License Terms
Last updated: February 2026
Summary: You purchase the source code once. You own it. You deploy it on your infrastructure. You can modify it. You cannot resell or redistribute it.
1. Grant of License
Upon purchase, JARVAS grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and deploy the purchased source code modules within your organization. The license covers deployment in the number of countries specified by your selected licensing tier.
2. What You Can Do
- Deploy the platform on your own infrastructure (Azure recommended)
- Modify, extend, and customize the source code for your needs
- Rebrand the platform with your own identity
- Integrate with your existing systems and third-party services
- Build new features and modules on top of the platform
- Deploy for use by your advisors, agents, and internal teams
3. What You Cannot Do
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source code to third parties
- Offer the platform as a hosted service (SaaS) to external organizations
- Remove or alter copyright notices in the source code
- Deploy beyond the geographical scope of your licensing tier without upgrading
4. Ownership
The source code you receive is yours to use within the license terms. Any modifications or extensions you create are your intellectual property. The original codebase design and architecture remain the intellectual property of JARVAS.
5. Tier Upgrades
You may upgrade your licensing tier at any time by paying the difference between your current tier and the new tier. Upgrades apply to all modules in your current purchase. Downgrades are not available.
6. Support
All purchases include 90 days of email support for deployment and configuration questions. Extended support packages and technical consultation are available separately.
7. Updates
Optional update packages are available for major platform versions. You are not required to apply updates and may maintain your own fork indefinitely.
8. Contact
